+ $75/hour for each additional hour

 FAQs

  • Yes! With your rental we offer tables and chairs for up to 50 people. You are able to set them up how you would like. We can also provide serving tables if requested.

  • BAM can hold up to 50 people in the space.

  • Yes! There is one common restroom at the back of the space with a changing table, step stools, and an adjustable toilet seat for our younger guests.

  • Renters may bring in any outside food and beverages. We ask that you properly dispose of all food and drinks. Renter is liable for all alcohol consumption and clean up. We do not have a preferred list of caterers, however we do encourage all renters to consider all of the great restaurants and catering right in the Bexley Centres shops nearby!

  • The main party space is about 1000 sq ft., not including the bathroom. There is a storage closet that is off limits for renters and guests.

  • There is ample parking in the Bexley Centres shop parking lot as well as additional street parking off of Broad street in multiple directions.

  • We do not have a full kitchen, however we do have a sink with counter prep space, and can provide additional tables for prep if requested.

  • No open flames are allowed in the space.

  • You do not get additional time outside of your rented hours for set up and tear down. If you need more time for that, please include that in your rental time booking request.

  • Absolutely! We have minimal decor so that you can make the space what you want it to be. That being said, please note that any decorations that you bring in or hang must be properly removed, leaving no evidence of them being there. If you would like to hang any decorations please use tools that will not damage any paint or anything else in the studio. Renter is liable to pay for any damages to the property.
